Product Description:

The PPE Shim Kit will shim the PRV (Pressure Relief Valve) increasing its pop off pressure. This reduces the amount of fuel returned to the tank by the PRV. The PRV Shim Kit was specifically designed for 2004.5 through 2008 Duramax diesel engines and eliminates low fuel pressure rail diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) such as 1093 (low fuel pressure during power regiment), and helps maintain fuel pressure during full throttle and reduces the amount of fuel released back to the fuel tank for increased performance.

Note: This product is only legal in California on Off Road Race Vehicles and never legal for on Highway use in California.
