MadJack Diesel Performance Shipping Policy

Free shipping* over 150.00 means we choose the shipper to ship your orders when they are at our cost. If you choose a specific shipping service ie: UPS when ordering that choice may incure additional shipping charges. If you want to have us charge your UPS shipping account we can do that, please provide the account number in the remarks section of your order before clicking place order.

Please provide a commercial address when at all possible for ground shipping as we use United Parcel Service (UPS) for many ground shipments. UPS charges 20% more to go to a residential address. A business run out of a house or on any property that is in a residential area does not qualify for commercial rates. UPS determines the classification not Madjack Diesel Performance. By providing business address's this will help keep our prices as low as possible for you the customer. At our discresion we may use USPS Priority Mail and will use USPS for most orders to Alaska & Hawaii.

We offer free shipping on orders 150.00 or more with some exceptions*. Free shipping is applicable to all 48 lower USA States. Our Canadian Customers we will need to add shipping based on weight. Our website already does that in most cases except when you order a package deal we offer. In that case we will add your shipping before we run your credit card or if you want to use PayPal please place your order and in the notes of the order let us know you want to pay with PayPal and we will send you a money request via Paypal.

 * Exceptions are any order with oil products in the order i.e. Allison maintenance package which includes 2 gallons of Trans fluid and we will automatically add 15.75 freight surcharge to your order for shipping even if you are over 150.00 in items purchased. Each additional gallon will inccure an additional shipping charge. Rates may change without notice or surcharges may be added as shipping services increase prices to us. The total amount of any package deal and add-ons you choose with the drop down menus on that package deal will be included in towards the 150.00 for free shipping.
