Customer Satisfaction:

MadJack Synthetics strives to provide 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products that you’ve purchased, we will send you a refund. Just return any new or unused part to us within 30 days from the date it was shipped to you, and we will refund the full purchase price - (except for shipping charges which are not refundable).

Liability Clause:

*MadJack Synthetics is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages due to parts, products, and/or services provided.

Ordering & Shipment:

*When ordering parts from our On-Line Store ($20 Order Minimum), you will be sent the exact items that you have ordered.  If the items are in stock, we can ship within 2 days. If the items are not in stock, the items will ship usually within 7-10 days. If you order the incorrect item, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us and will be refunded the full purchase price for parts only (except for shipping charges that are not refundable). If we need additional information from you, such as more detail for shipping purposes, we will contact you most likely by email. All orders within the state of California are taxable at 8.75%. All orders outside of California are non-taxable.  We do ship to International Customers if the order is $100 or more US dollars.  All domestic orders are shipped by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail to all states except Alaska, Hawaii. Shipping to these states will be air freight and an additional $30 shipping charge will apply. International shipments will vary in shipping costs and will be quoted at time of order placement.
